Taric EC DatabaseA multilingual database covering all measures relating to tariff, commercial and agricultural legislation. It gives economic operators a clear view of what they need to do when importing or exporting goods. It helps answer questions such as "Where do I classify my goods?" or "What is the legislation applicable to import?


IncotermsThe Incoterms® rules are an internationally recognized standard and are used worldwide in international and domestic contracts for the sale of goods.


DG and Dual-use goodsDangerous goods and certain dual-use goods must be transported in line with all applicable regulations for Road - and Air Transport. The shipper is required to hand over the appropriate documents to Speedlink in advance. DG or dual-use goods can only be transported after prior acceptance of Speedlink. Hidden DG / Dual-Use goods  are strictly prohibited. The shipper remains fully responsible for any consequences, and agrees to indemnify Speedlink for any and all costs, fees and expenses Speedlink incurs as a result of the shipper’s violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.
DG surchargeDG surcharges will be provided on Demand. 


Remote area surchargeFor some remote areas, a surcharge is applicable. If any specific request, please contact our CS/OPS.
